Founder of Explore National Parks, Arianne Atiyeh has explored the United States and its parks since she was young. Her mission is to spread the passion she has for the beauty and conservation of these parks so they will continue to be enjoyed by generations to come.

Just like you schedule meetings and appointments, schedule your workouts too. This will help you prioritize your health and ensure you make time for exercise.
Use your lunch break to take a brisk walk, attend a yoga class, or do a quick workout. This can help break up your day and give you a burst of energy to power through the afternoon.
Having a workout buddy or accountability partner can help keep you motivated and on track. Make plans to exercise together or check in with each other regularly to stay accountable.
