Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona

Grand Canyon National Park was established in 1919 on February 26 by by president Woodrow Wilson. A little over 4 million people come to the park annually. The park consists of of the main canyon with many smaller canyons running off it that vary greatly in depth and features. The areas around the Grand Canyon itself are primarily where vistors frequent called the North Rim and South Rim. There are more areas of the park that aren't as easily accesible and are only visited with the assistance of pack animals.

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking public comment on the Maswik South Rebuild Environmental Assessment (EA). The EA will be available for public review and comment for a 30-day period from October 25 to November 25, 2018.
